I went 15 minutes early on purpose, but the wait was still way too long.. Everyone was kind, and the doctor was kind too. They checked the design carefully while seated. It was a female director, but I don't know her name well. But maybe because I only did it once, I don't really know if it worked.. The procedure time also feels too short to see results.
