I went for a nose surgery consultation and came back feeling upset only. The day before the consultation, they suddenly notified me that the schedule might have to be changed. I was coming up from outside the city, so my whole schedule got messed up, but since the consultation was important, I said okay and went. When I told the consultation manager what I was worried about, she just said, "I don't really know." When I said I'd tell the doctor during the consultation, she said I had to tell her first for it to be passed on.. I kept explaining, but the consultation manager just kept repeating that she didn't know.. haha (I even showed photos and explained, and the person with me also helped explain because they were frustrated too, but the manager kept saying she didn't know and telling me to lift my nose with a cotton swab) I should have stopped there and left, and I regret not doing so. They kept moving the consultation room around (I don't know why, it was moved 3 times), and in the middle they told me to change clothes because of filming, so I changed and came out, but there was no one around, so I had to go looking for them myself.. Then they said, "We told you to come to the desk".. hahaha. I thought, then you should say it clearly so people know? Anyone who has had a consultation would understand. The changing room and the desk are also far apart, and if you're telling someone to change and come out to the front, shouldn't you guide them more precisely? Anyway, I let that part go. But the doctor consultation I waited for was also disappointing. If it had been a confident, straightforward style, I could understand it (I would have even liked that). But instead of that, they kept comparing my nose with the person who came with me, and they never properly explained whether improvement to the way I wanted was possible or not.. they just kept talking about their own thing. I said I wanted to reduce the overall size of my nose, and then suddenly they said if I wanted to reduce my head, they'd have to take out my brain from inside and shrink it or something.. so I asked if that meant it wasn't possible, and they said no, it wasn't that.. then they went on again about the brain.. (I really don't understand why they said that) I came for a nose surgery consultation, not to spend time listening to useless nonsense, and I just ended up feeling upset haha.. In the end I didn't get surgery here, but I don't think I'll ever go back. Oh, and they said there was no consultation fee, but there was one. If you were told there wasn't one, please check again.
