They didn't recommend excessive procedures, and the director had good hands. The thoughtful care from the kind staff made me feel well treated, and I liked the operating room. My neck didn't hurt, I wasn't cold, I had the surgery comfortably on a mat and under blankets, and after the surgery I didn't even have any muscle pain, it just felt like I slept well and came out.
