I had a consultation about back canthoplasty before, and the manager kindly explained things and honestly told me how much effect I could expect, which I liked. I considered whether I should go ahead even knowing the side effects, but my eyeballs are slightly more inward than average, so I did not do it because I was worried it might make me look cross-eyed like strabismus.
