About eight years ago? I got quick zygoma reduction here from a doctor who no longer works here. The effect was definite, and it was done safely. I had prominent side cheekbones and 45-degree cheekbones, a developing-case type. They just reduced the side cheekbones and did not shave the 45-degree area. If you cut the 45-degree area, cheek sagging is inevitable, and mine wasn't a case that was extremely severe. In the end I was very satisfied. Just getting rid of the side cheekbones alone made my face look smaller, and because they didn't shave the 45-degree area, my face didn't look flat. So for me, quick zygoma reduction was more satisfying than traditional cheekbone reduction.
