The other staff at the desk were very loud and kept having private conversations among themselves no matter whether there were customers around, which I didn't like, but the consultation manager was kind and the doctor was kind too and explained things in detail. They said that if the back-corner canthoplasty doesn't work, they would honestly say it doesn't work, and that made me trust them haha
