During the consultation, there were two managers at the desk and the doctor who was in charge of the consultation, and everyone was kind. They kept telling me that things that didn't suit me didn't suit me and that they wouldn't really recommend them, and they were kind while explaining that the parts I didn't want to do didn't have to be done.
