I consulted because after surgery at another hospital, the overall result was good, but I wanted to improve the slight asymmetry and the lack of front-view effect from not having the chin tip done as well. They recommended a T-osteotomy for the chin tip, asymmetry correction osteotomy, and advancement. For the cheekbones, they said they'd push the left side in more to reduce the width, and on the right side they'd shave the back cheekbone area. They seem to prefer a natural result, are honest, and don't recommend excessive surgery.
