Rather than consulting with the director before the procedure, I only consulted with the manager and then went in to get the treatment. Then, inside the procedure room, the director added an alar injection. I knew from the price and pain level that thread lifting would look pretty for a moment and disappear quickly, but the maintenance period was extremely short.
