I consulted years ago about nose surgery and a slight receding chin procedure. The director looked extremely tired, maybe because he had been drinking heavily the night before. For the nose, he said to put in silicone and do it with ear cartilage, and for the receding chin he just said to put in filler and refill it again if it wears off There was no detailed consultation. The consultation felt careless, and it was obvious he was annoyed. I had to wait a lot, and the consultation was over in less than 5 minutes. I felt like I had come for nothing. I don't know if it was just that day or if it has changed now.
