I had a reservation and went, but they said they had just gone into surgery and that I should wait about an hour and a half. They said the reservation deposit didn't need to be paid, so the chief coordinator? consulted with me while looking in the mirror, but it felt a bit strange that the chief coordinator was doing it when they weren't even the one performing the surgery. I was expecting a famous clinic in Japan, but in the end I never met the director either, and I didn't get treated here.
