Wow, as soon as I walked in, the interior was really clean and whitetu-white-esque. The consultation manager seemed to know quite a lot about surgery, so just from the manager alone I felt a strong sense of trust, like she really knew what she was doing. The manager was like a neat model-student type. The director was kind and subtly gave me some blunt truth bombs, telling me to give up what I should give up and do what I can do, which actually made me trust her.
