I had a consultation for breast surgery. The overall atmosphere was quiet and, since it's a private clinic, the scale was small. The process went in this order: brief consultation and registration - changing clothes - taking photos - consultation with the manager - watching a 15-minute video from the director about surgery - consultation with the director - consultation with the manager.
