The director was kind and explained everything very well. He also shaped the line nicely. But I’m not sure the manager who gave the explanation was kind or not, and although the explanation was extremely detailed, it was too long. I had another appointment afterward, so I was in a hurry Still, out of all the hospitals I’ve been to so far, I think this one explained things the best.
