Late 20s, dark, thin skin. Both sides had different under-eye fat, and I had a non-incisional procedure. My complexion got much better. It's uncomfortable for about a month, but it's worth it. However, if your own skin is extremely thin, some darkness will still remain. Many mothers come to get under-eye fat repositioning.
