Overall, the inside was clean, which I liked. The staff member sitting at the front wasn't that friendly. The contour injection didn't hurt much, but when the doctor massaged it afterward to help the medicine spread well, that really hurt. I only got it once, so there was no effect at all. The nostril Botox hurt, but maybe because they put in only a little, the effect was minimal. Still, it felt smaller than before, so that was nice. The doctor was kind, and when I mentioned the problems I'd had at another hospital before, they said they would pay attention, which I liked. It really seemed like they did pay attention.
