This is the first clinic like this I’ve encountered in all my consultations up to now. The director’s consultation was really like he was annoyed and just going through the motions. I thought, well, maybe he’s tired of seeing patients every day, but when I asked a careful question, he got angry and said, in effect, not to ask him such questions, and that it would sound impertinent, and if that’s the case then don’t do it. He was really rude and embarrassed me publicly. In the end, when I asked whether I could at least improve a little from my current state even if I didn’t have huge expectations after surgery, he said not to ask him, that he couldn’t match patients’ expectations, and if that’s the case then don’t do it.
