The doctor and the consultation director were both kind, and the consultation was very detailed, going over everything one by one with ultrasound. I had been through a lot emotionally because of fillers, so I trusted them and had the surgery, but although the hard filler melted, it was barely removed and is still there. When I called the director about that, I got a completely unrelated answer,, and if I were to have revision surgery, the surgery fee was almost the same as the original surgery fee. Ah... what a waste of my money.
