I had jaw angle surgery, and the swelling and bruising were so severe that I couldn't live a normal life for almost 3 weeks, and I struggled just to get rid of the bruising. Once the bruising went down, the swelling was still visible. I'm now trying to reduce the swelling, and scar tissue has also formed, so I still don't really know how effective it is. It is definitely different from before, but if it weren't for the swelling and bruising, I think I would have been satisfied.
