I visited after booking consultations for contouring and breast surgery, but the consultation time was delayed because there were so many patients. I don't have experience consulting elsewhere so I can't compare, but both the manager and the surgeon were kind. However, they focused too much on the patient's opinions, and aside from explaining the surgery I wanted, there wasn't enough personal expert input, so the post-surgery outcome felt vague and my expectations for the surgery were on the low side.
