The consultation with the director was generally good because the director spoke in a calm manner, but there were some vague explanations and answers, so it was hard to decide on surgery right away. The consultation manager talked badly about other clinics a bit, so I guess that made them seem less trustworthy. Their personality was straightforward and their way of speaking was easy to be around, which I did like, but those points were a bit disappointing.
