I consulted and had surgery there with a friend 3 years ago. My friend had only square jaw reduction behind the ears, and I had quick zygoma reduction plus square jaw reduction behind the ears. The doctor seemed like the type to just say exactly what needs to be said, which I found refreshing. The consultant and staff were kind and nice too, but there was a nurse/nursing assistant in the operating room who was a bit snippy, and I remember getting really annoyed right before the anesthesia kicked in. I’m very satisfied with the surgery, and my friend who had it with me is satisfied too. Looking at the before-and-after X-rays, I thought they really did remove a fair amount even though it was from behind the ears. I can chew with no problem, and there’s no sagging either…
