It's a factory-style clinic. They aren't particularly unfriendly, but they aren't particularly friendly either. The results are just so-so, but I ended up deciding on surgery after about four or five injections and then dissolving it. It just kept getting thicker anyway. Still, it seems like there are consistently a lot of people there.
