My first surgery was in 2012, and because the skin on my upper eyelids was thick, I had incisional surgery. Front canthoplasty didn't seem like the latest technique at the time and felt more like the old style. The front canthoplasty wasn't done in a very refreshed or wide-open style, but rather conservatively, and I was a little disappointed about that. As for the incision, at first it looked like an in-line/in-out line, but it gradually changed into a subtle inner double eyelid. If you want your eyes to look bigger in a really natural way, without looking like you've had double-eyelid surgery, I recommend this place.
