I had it done in 2019, and only now am I writing a review. I lived with sausage eyelids for 7 years, then had revision surgery here and finally saw the light. I also consulted at two other hospitals famous for sausage eyelids. At one, they refused the surgery because they lacked confidence (I cried after that consultation) At the other, they suggested a double-line fix. Here, they said they could just incise the existing line and loosen the fixation a little. I hesitated between a double-line fix and incising the existing line, but if the double-line fix failed too... I felt I couldn’t handle sausage eyelids with one more line, so I chose here! Even if it failed, it would just be incising the existing line, so the old sausage eyelid would still just be a sausage eyelid again, and I thought I had nothing to lose..
