It's a complete factory-style place, but they often have discount events, so I use it a lot for simple laser or Botox treatments. The staff are kind and the doctors are kind too. But if you need delicate dermatology care or procedures, it'd be better to go somewhere else. It's in Myeongdong, so there are a lot of foreigners.
