I got it because I had no aegyo-sal at all. The consultation was done by the doctor, and he matched it to my eye shape and did exactly what I wanted (shape, amount). I hate the caterpillar look or anything unnatural, so I asked for it to look natural, and nobody around me noticed. It was filled in just the right amount, so I was more satisfied when putting on makeup. And because it was so natural, I ended up wanting it a bit fuller too. Also, the needle must have been thin because it didn't hurt at all, and there was no swelling, bleeding, tearing, or anything.
