The director is really very kind. They explain things well too. But I was worried because I have severe drooping eyelids and they said upper blepharoplasty alone would be enough, while many other places said that doing only upper blepharoplasty alone would make the wrinkles look odd and make you look harsher, so I gave up on surgery because I wanted to look into it more. The price was offered cheaply and generously, so that was a shame. The consultation manager was also really very kind. There was no pressure to book either
