I had been deliberating about nose surgery for a long time, and they asked if I wanted filler instead, so I got filler. They shaped it nicely and kept doing touch-ups. And they really place the filler naturally too. I asked them to put more in, but they refused, saying it wouldn't look natural. But when you look at it, the doctor was right.
