Every time I went for a consultation before, the doctors who actually perform the surgery would give a half-baked explanation like they were reading a script, but the chief doctor here was so kind, and I liked how both the manager and the doctor carefully listened to what I wanted. They didn’t push unnecessary recommendations, didn’t pressure me for a deposit, and answered all my questions sufficiently. It was a good consultation that made me look forward to the result.
