I only had lower eyelid surgery. I went ahead because it was cheap, but honestly there wasn't any dramatic effect... It wasn't that there was no effect at all, but it was really minimal. It only reduced 1 cm It's a factory-style place and complicated, and you absolutely should choose sedation anesthesia. I didn't choose sedation because they said it would cost extra, and I honestly was in so much pain.
