The director looked at me in very great detail and really listened to the patient. Whatever I said, they caught it all, and the consultation was so good it was moving But the head consultant's pushing for same-day booking actually made me feel put off It's disappointing. If they hadn't pushed so much, I think I would have gone there even after consulting at other places because I liked the director... I won't have it done here, but I'm sure the director is a good and skilled person.
