I found this while searching because I was scared of double eyelid surgery and only wanted the fat above my eyelids removed. I got the procedure right after the consultation, but immediately after it my eyes started swelling up and got hugely puffy like Pepe. But it turned out the fat above my eyes wasn't really fat, just skin. I had it done twice and it was the same both times. In the end, I just wasted money...
