They are kind, but honestly, just like the reviews said, they don’t seem very certain. For example, when they recommended eye correction and I asked, “Do I absolutely have to do it?”, the answer was something like, “You don’t have to, but I think it won’t loosen as much if you do it, so do whatever you want.” It felt too ambiguous.
