The director and the staff were all kind, and they adjusted the price well and answered my questions kindly and without annoyance no matter how many times I asked. But it felt like if I had something I wanted, their style was to say they would do it that way, so if you think of it as them matching your opinion, that’s good in that sense, but it also feels like they might just take it as, ‘You told us to do it like this.’ I think it would have been better if, when I gave my surgical opinion, we had discussed and adjusted it together at least once.
