It was calf botox and fat-dissolving injections, and I got them during a big event. But it seems they use a method where they inject a small amount of botox frequently. The downside is that it's hard to go in every time for injections and the effect wasn't noticeably visible, so that was disappointing. I think calf botox is better when they inject a lot all at once.
