It was so unfriendly, and the fat had absolutely no effect. It seems to have had a little effect on my calves, but even with a quick look there was no noticeable big change. I remember the doctor, or whoever the director was, making some sexually harassing remarks, which was really disgusting, and the consultation was also very short and perfunctory
