I had forehead fat grafting up to a second round. But I developed complications, so I even had to go through surgery to dissolve the forehead fat. I'm not sure why, but after the first procedure, my forehead and chin turned red, and my forehead had sunken spots in places, making it look uneven. I still have calcified fat left in my face.
