First of all, when you go in, they show on TV that the director appeared on a program, and I watched it thinking it was fascinating. The director is kind during consultations, but he recommends a lot of things, and he’s also very trustworthy. And he pokes hard with something that looks like a toothpick. The manager is kind during consultations too.
