I had it done long ago, and had both my eyes and nose done at once. My eyes came out fine, but for my nose they did osteotomy under local anesthesia, put in an L-shaped implant, and made a mannequin nose. If only the counselor back then had been honest and said my nose didn't need it, but the director said it was fine so I did it.
