From the patient’s point of view, since I’m not a specialist, I can end up wavering back and forth, so his firm tone may be polarizing, but personally it made me feel more trust. After the consultation with the director, I met with the manager, who was also very kind. Unlike other clinics, there was no pressure about a reservation deposit or disparaging other hospitals, which I liked. I was thinking about it quite a lot, but they listened to everything well and even explained by showing me photos on their personal phone of a patient with a similar case to mine, with only the eye photos, which I really liked.
