I had it done more than 10 years ago, and since I already had a decent bridge, I decided to combine only the septum and cartilage because I thought an implant would be too much of a burden for improving a bulbous nose. For 1 to 2 weeks after surgery, the tip of my nose was way higher than I expected, and I was like, wow.. But after about a year, you couldn’t even tell what had changed from before the surgery. Even plastic surgery consultations, people around me, and my family couldn’t recognize it... Now it seems like it’s completely loosened(?).. From below, the shape is like that too, and the nose moves around easily in all directions.
