When I asked about booking a consultation, they first gave me a non-face-to-face consultation over the phone with the counselor. They said that the younger you are when you do it, the better your recovery and the more improvement you tend to get, and that it lasts a long time unless you rub your eyes too hard. Other than the price being on the high side, they seem kind and the reviews are good too.
