At first I wrote that I was pretty satisfied, but I’m editing this now when it’s almost been a year. While the swelling was still there, I thought it would be fine once it all went down, so I left a good review, but in the end it wasn’t swelling.^^ It was just that the line itself was too high. I clearly wanted something natural and not noticeable, and my eye conditions were good enough that buried sutures alone would have been sufficient, but they unnecessarily went ahead with partial incision surgery. In the end I’m looking into revision surgery. They did a partial incision, but they couldn’t properly anchor the double eyelid to the muscle, so the line sagged, and the pinched scar is really bad, which is stressful. I didn’t even ask for anything glamorous, but they made it high on their own. I don’t know if they were trying to keep it from loosening, but by unnecessarily doing a partial incision, the cut marks in several places are so ugly. These days I’m going around for revision surgery, and other doctors all say they don’t understand why it was done this way because the eye-bone structure wasn’t properly considered and the design was set too aggressively. Some people also said it would have been better to just do buried sutures and regretted that they used a partial incision. Luckily, since they only did the minimum double-eyelid work at this hospital, it seems there may still be room to improve it through revision, but if I had added something like epicanthoplasty as well... I’m so relieved I didn’t. Seriously, I do not recommend it. Don’t go to the female doctor. Plastic surgery is best when it looks natural. In the end I’m spending more time and money and suffering emotionally just to lower the line again. I’m so disappointed. I realized that if you’re going to get cosmetic surgery, going to Gangnam is the answer. I regret having my first surgery here. Don’t go.
