I had fat grafting and nose surgery there before. The fat grafted well, but they don’t seem very good at design, and the nose surgery was a real no. The shape wasn’t pretty, my nostrils became uneven, and when I went back because I didn’t like it, they brushed me off. So later, when I tried to remove the nose silicone implant, they charged quite a lot for the anesthesia fee.
