I had nose surgery 3 years ago, and I liked the doctor. The explanations were very detailed, and I liked that they explained things carefully and seemed to be trying to help me understand how everything would go. Back then, I called on a weekend after the surgery and I remember they even answered from their personal phone. At the time I wanted something glamorous, but they said my nose was small, low, and the skin was thick, so there were limits, and my nose really turned out exactly as they explained. Very honest
