I had severe keloids and got injections several times. Maybe because the medicine is strong, the effect shows up right away, unlike when I get injections elsewhere. The injection cost is a bit expensive, but if the goal is just to get the keloid flattened, it is worth trying. You should expect to get it done about once a year.
