I only had a consultation a few years ago. The doctor was fairly kind and checked things I didn’t even know about, so I learned a lot. But the manager, or whoever that person was - I’m not sure of the title - was too rigid, which felt a bit off. Of course, that was a few years ago, so things could be different now
