It was a revision surgery, and when I consulted, they said, "What matters at our hospital is how it looks when the eyes are open. Scarring can happen a bit," so I had the surgery with that in mind. I like the shape. However, when I lower my eyes, the scar is visible like it was obviously a double-eyelid surgery, the left canthoplasty turned out well but the right one pulled back a bit, and the right double eyelid was overcorrected and pinched, while the canthoplasty on that side didn't work well either, so they're uneven. Since it doesn't look hugely strange when my eyes are open, I just live with it. I'd seen a lot of reviews saying the doctor was blunt, but I didn't feel that much. He explained things well during the consultation too...
