They made it look really natural. It was truly natural, but there is a bit of a scar left, which is a shame. If you want a flashy eye look, I think you'd be dissatisfied. If you want natural-looking eyes, I recommend it. Since it was done so long ago, it has loosened a little over time, but I still have my double eyelids.
